GUIDE TO INSTALLING A INSTANTANEOUS HOT WATER HEATER

PREPARATION
What we do we clean out the area under your sink to ensure there is room for the tank. Then, cut off the water supply from the water heater as well as the power. Drain the water lines by letting the hot water tap run.
INSTALLATION
If you require a new tap into the sink, we will need to affix the mounting ring from the underside of the sink with a threaded rod. Include the hex nut, and secure them by tightening. Loosen the compression nut at the cold water stop below the sink, then take out the connection. Install a double compression stop to the water connection, Install the tap in the sink then secure the lines to the sink.
Place the tank near the plumbing and an electrical outlet. As you are keeping the tank in place.
Attach the mounting bracket with a drill and bit, drill some holes and attach the unit with 25 mm timber screws. Suspend the tank on the bracket. Install new pipes and connections for hot and cold water and connect to the tank. install sink tap if supply is for a single sink application, Install a control valve also pressure limiting valve if required. Add the clean vent line to the filter. if required Insert each copper strains from the dispenser to the Y fitting. Secure a compression nut over the tubing. Next, link to the double compression stop that you have previously installed at the current water connection and tighten.
If a power point is available connect power to the power point and test water flow through all the hot water taps and remove any air from the hot water pipes
FINISHING TOUCHES
Turn the water supply back on. Open the water stops below the sink, then make sure there are no leaks. Open the cold water tap at your brand new instantaneous hot water heater to wash out the filter. Turn off the cold water tap, Turn on the power then open the water taps till water starts flowing. Check the water temperature and adjust if necessary. If hot water is to be used in a bathroom a tempering valve may be required.
